SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For All Local Orders:
All local standard courier shipping will be at SGD4, shown on the checkout page.
Free courier delivery is provided to all local orders above SGD60, excluding Sales Items and Gift Cards.
Our logistic team will take 2 – 5 working days to process and pack your parcel following the successful receipt of your order.
*Kindly note that Deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (Eg, festive season, major online fever event)
Courier Service Information (Local Orders Only):
Parcels are delivered via JNT Express.
Tracking of the parcel(s) can be done at https://www.jtexpress.sg/trackmyparcel by entering the according to consignment number at or via their mobile app. Delivery takes 1 – 3 working days, anytime in between 9 am – 10 pm.
For every unsuccessful first delivery attempt, a free re-delivery will be scheduled on the next working day.
Orders are shipped according to the order number.
Do kindly check that you have provided us with a valid local mobile number as our courier may drop you a text/call should there be no one around to receive the parcel during the point of delivery.
Orders will be shipped according to the customer’s specified address reflected on the invoice. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Due to certain limitations set by law, there is a list of no-go zones to which our couriers are unable to deliver.
In the rare event whereby you did not manage to receive your parcel within the stipulated time frame, do feel free to drop our customer care service team an email at sales@ejlifestyle.com and we will expedite a check for you.
*For orders that are eligible for complimentary courier service, no additional shipping fee applies.
For International Orders:
All International parcels will be delivered via JNT Express. Due to the coronavirus situation, parcels may be delayed by an additional 3 – 5 days.
From 6th July 2023 till further notice, standard Malaysia orders SGD100 and above will be entitled to Free International Shipping. Subject to Terms & Conditions.
From 19th July 2023 till further notice, other International orders of SGD150 – 200SGD and above will be entitled to Free International Shipping. Subject to Terms & Conditions.

Kindly note that the delivery timeframe includes the packing of your order after purchase confirmation, but does not include delays if your parcel is held up by Customs authorities. If taxes and/or duties are charged for your parcel, taxes will be borne by the customer.
